Do you remember where you were on that Tuesday morning, September, 11th 2001, when the U.S. faced the largest terrorist attack in American history? Many of us were lost, confused, and hurting. Soon afterwards, every church in America was packed with people who needed answers. The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association set up prayer stations all across New York City. The response was overwhelming as people flooded in for prayer and counsel. That’s when the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team was created. Today, they train chaplains and counselors all over the world on how to deal with natural and man-made disasters. Jack Munday is the International Director for the Rapid Response Team.
