The Island of Guam. Guam is the largest Mariana Island in the South Pacific Ocean. After the attacks on Pearl Harbor, Japan captured Guam for over two years. Since World War II, the two main industries in Guam are tourism and the American armed forces. Although it’s a very small island, God is using Guam to make a huge impact around the world, through Trans World Radio. TWR is broadcasting the gospel from Guam into areas of the world that have never heard the name of Jesus.
