Today, our special guest on Ministry in the Marketplace is Mike DeLisle, who is a pastor and business professional. The term you often hear is bi-vocational. In the early 90’s, Mike was offered an amazing position, straight out of college, at First Tennessee Bank. Mike had decided that he wanted to be able to impact his clients and the people that he worked with for Jesus. Since the beginning, hep’s always tried to take every opportunity that he can to share God’s grace with the people around him. For Mike, going to work in the mornings is just another chance to be an encouragement. As time went by, he started to feel called to more of a pastoral ministry. After much prayer, he answered that call and is now the pastor of Evangel Church in Memphis, TN. Today, Richard Hamlet sits down with Mike DeLisle to hear how God is using him not only from the pulpit, but also from the bank.
