Last year, high-school students in America set a graduating record of nearly 80 percent. Unfortunately, in many countries, graduation rates are much lower. Early in his career, Joe Hale served as a missionary in Korea, where he saw a huge need for quality education. He and his wife took it upon themselves and started teaching their own children, as well as a few kids in the neighborhood. That’s when the Network for International Christian Schools was developed.
