Real Time in the Marketplace

Tom Harris (1)In 1997, our next guest was interviewing for a lead pastor position at a church when he realized that their fellowship had some unresolved issues that needed to be dealt with. He recommended that they slow down their search for a pastor and consider an interim pastor to help get them on a firm foundation. They took him up on the offer. In time, he was able to help several churches with similar situations. He found that he was not alone in this type of ministry when he met the people at Interim Pastor Ministries. Today, Tom Harris is the Executive Director for this ministry. They have one-hundred and forty-five pastors on staff and over the years, they have helped over one-thousand churches.
