The dreaded news is cancer… So many of us think that it won’t happen to us. That’s what today’s guest thought until her husband was diagnosed and lost his battle to melanoma skin cancer. At the time, Samantha Gustafson had no idea how to cope with her husbands passing, so she decided to write down her feelings, which would later become her book entitled “The Prayer of a Single Mom.” In this book, Samantha takes us through her journey of sorrow and heartache and how the only hope that she has found has been through Jesus Christ.
