Britainy Sholl, Director of The Forsaken Children

Today, our Ministry in the Marketplace spotlight shines on Britainy Sholl. Britainy is the Director of an organization called “The Forsaken Children“. It all began in the summer of 2011, when she went on a mission trip to Ethiopia. Today, there are nearly 100,000 children living on the streets of Ethiopia’s capitol city. When Britainy heard that staggering number, she was completely overwhelmed. After seeing for herself the difference that “The Forsaken Children” was making, Britainy just had to be involved. Jamie Morrison, Director of African Enterprise

If you’ll listen to today’s broadcast, you’ll hear from the Executive Director of the U.S. office of African Enterprise, Mr. Jamie Morrison. Actually, Jamie’s heart for missions first began with his grandparents who served on the mission field in Korea. His father was also in full-time ministry. So it’s safe to say that Jamie Morrison grew up with a full understanding of what it means to serve others. At a young age, Jamie developed a heart for global missions and knew that God was going to use him in some incredible ways.
