This week, our guest is William Andrews, Executive Director of Mercy Drive Ministries, the community outreach arm of the Heart of Mercy Community Church in Orlando, Florida. Mercy Drive Ministries reaches out to those in the community who have become marginalized by society: people who are criticized for the way they are, people with low income, people who just need god’s love shown to them. Change requires a lot of work. Knowing this, they provide positive solutions to issues that have infected their community such as, violence, drug abuse, and teen pregnancy. The programs offered are primarily focused on education along with economic development.
Today, William Andrews also serves as the pastor of Heart of Mercy Church and is an effective and compassionate community leader.
