Our guest is Ephie Johnson, the president and CEO at Neighborhood Christian Centers. A native Memphian, Ephie Ballard-Johnson grew up observing her parents reach out to help others with a passion for serving God and people. Her mom started the Neighborhood Christian Centers in 1978 with a tutoring program in the basement of a church.

Today, the Neighborhood Christian Centers focuses on building stronger families and neighborhoods. They provide compassionate, Christ-centered help to those in need.
