Opportunity and Overcoming Opposition

Nov 10th, 2024

Have you been surprised by opposition in your marketplace? Unfortunately, this is nothing new!  The world system has always been in opposition to God. It varies in intensity from time to time and culture to culture. The situation is changing for us as believers. A new paradigm is dawning for Christians in the United States. The political and social scenes are shifting. Persecution looms ominously on the horizon; political correctness overshadows truth; compromise is preferred to conviction. Truth is blurred, vision declines, and individual liberty evaporates. How do we respond to such change? Tune in to hear Richard L. Hamlet explore Esther 4:13-16 in relation to opposition, opportunity, and overcoming.

Real World Impact

Donna Faircloth

Donna Faircloth

For over two and a half decades, Donna Faircloth served in Brazil working with child sponsorship, orphanages, and community centers. She quickly learned that to effectively impact young lives she would need to think outside the box. In Brazil at age 18, orphans were put out of the orphanage into the real world on their own with little to no support. Donna saw an urgent need to equip these youth to empower them to transition successfully. In response, she developed an effective family restoration program for orphanages in Brazil.  Tune in to hear how this effected little Eduardo.
